We strive to provide employment for people with autism to help them lead more meaningful and independent lives. We do this by innovating, testing and scaling purpose built businesses centered on the needs of people with autism. We use these businesses as a cornerstone to create cooperative communities which provide housing and assisted living for our operators with autism. With this model we aspire to obtain economic, societal, cultural and environmental sustainability.

CanDo Business Ventures develops and deploys scalable, consumer facing businesses that are centered around providing employment for people with autism. CanDo's businesses create supportive and self-sustaining situations for individuals with autism to achieve their full potential.

We build our own and client ventures using our CanDo Venture Development Methodology.

Once our ventures reach the Scale Phase in our methodology we may act as the franchisor for that venture. 

Our First Venture: Rising Tide Car Wash


Rising Tide Car Wash will be a franchisable and environmentally responsible conveyorized car wash centered around providing employment for people with autism. Rising Tide will use both nonprofit and for-profit models to meet the needs of any individual, family or organization that is interested in helping people with autism thrive. Both of these models would allow for cooperative funding by families with adult children with autism.

Rising Tide will be scalable, have high exposure in the community, and provide employment for people with autism through easy to learn and process driven labor. Rising Tide will have strong enough profitability to support a community of people with autism through housing and living assistance.
