We do in-depth market research and consensus building to determine if the idea is actionable.  
Plan 

If an idea is actionable, we put together a comprehensive plan to move forward.  
Deployment Phases 
Prove

We build, test and operate a small scale proof of concept model. This proves that the idea is functional and helps with fundraising efforts.  
Operate

We operate the first location of the venture for a set period of time to work out all the kinks and hone the business model to ensure that it can be replicated. 
Replicate 

We use franchising as a tool to rapidly expand successful businesses, helping to employ thousands of people with autism. Franchising allows us to scale up quickly while still being able to guide the organization.
