CanDo creates purpose built businesses. We use the term "purpose built" to describe businesses that are designed specifically for people with autism to operate. This means that we develop processes to train and manage people with autism in specific job functions and design the physical business in a way that minimizes the stress level of our operators with autism.
We also structure our purpose built businesses so that the operators with autism receive 100% of the profits each business generates. By structuring the businesses in this way, CanDo's purpose built businesses are able create communities which provide housing and living assistance, income, broken into discretionary money and savings and full benefits.
